When contacting us, include your project type, preferred timeline, approximate dimensions or photos (if applicable), and any design inspirations or finish preferences.
What to expect after you contact us:
Within 48 hours, a member of our studio will acknowledge your inquiry and confirm receipt.
Within 5–7 business days, we will provide an initial assessment and outline next steps: an estimated timeline, a preliminary quote or pricing range, and required measurements or photos.
If your project requires a consultation, we will schedule a virtual or in-studio meeting to refine design details and finalize specifications.
Once the design is approved and a deposit is received, we will place your project into production and provide regular progress updates until delivery and installation.
Storage option for submissions: Please choose one storage option for any files or images you submit:
Studio Archive Storage: We retain your submission in our secure studio archive for up to 3 years to support future revisions, matching, or restoration services.
Temporary Project Storage: We keep files for the duration of the active project plus 90 days post-completion; files are then securely deleted unless you request retention. Indicate your preferred storage option when you submit materials. If no preference is specified, we will default to Temporary Project Storage.
